Returns & Refund Policy
Returns policy
- We do not accept returns for food items due to hygiene and safety reasons.
- You can return the product only if it is damaged, expired, or the wrong item is delivered.
- To return a product, it must be in its original packaging and accompanied by the bill/invoice. You must upload a photo of the product before the return. The return will be processed only after approval, and the final decision will be made by the company.
- If the returned product is approved and the same item is available in stock, we will send a replacement within 1 to 3 days.
- As per our food product policy, returns or exchanges are not allowed after 1 days from the date of delivery.
Refund Policy
- We do not provide refunds. However, you may request a product exchange under valid conditions such as damaged or incorrect items.
Cancellation Policy
- An order cancellation request will be accepted only if the product has not yet been shipped by us.
- If the request for cancellation is accepted before shipping, you may be eligible for a product exchange or store credit, but no monetary refund will be provided.
- Food H3+ reserves the right to cancel or refuse to accept any order placed due to various reasons including, but not limited to, non-availability of stock, pricing errors, informational errors, or issues identified with the personal/financial details provided by the customer.
