  • Orders placed should be received within 24-36 Hours. Orders placed on public holidays are handled on the next working day.
  • The cost to ship your order will be shown when you check out. It depends on how much your order weighs, its size, and where you live.
  • Once your order is shipped, we will send you an email and SMS. You can see where your product is.
  • A shipment is considered lost if not delivered within 2 business days, we are not responsible for courier delays and cannot issue a replacement until this period has passed.

  • If you are not available during delivery, the courier may try re-delivery or return the package.
